A Clarity Consultation is a free 30-minute discussion and diagnostic of your marketing goals and challenges. The goal is to determine if we are a mutually good fit and how we can help. The purpose of the call is to actively listen to your: 1. Defined business goals 2. Challenges and obstacles 3. Current strategies and results 4. Project scope 5. Project timeline 6. Project budget Then, we provide a verbal assessment to : 1. Assess your SMART goals 2. Conduct a SWOT Analysis 3. Determine a service solution 4. Outline scope capabilities 5. Set a realistic timeline 6. Provide an estimated budget Finally, we assess our verbal and non-verbal communication styles, personalities, and good old human connection or collaborative chemistry. If we are mutually aligned, we obtain your project details to craft a tailored proposal at a later date, where contracts and payment are executed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellations for in-person services must be made three business days prior to the date of service. Failure to do so will result in a 50% non-refundable cancellation service fee. Cancellations for virtual services must be made 24 hours in advance of the booking date. Failure to do so will result in a 50% non-refundable cancellation service fee.
