Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellations for in-person services must be made three business days prior to the date of service. Failure to do so will result in a 50% non-refundable cancellation service fee. Cancellations for virtual services must be made 24 hours in advance of the booking date. Failure to do so will result in a 50% non-refundable cancellation service fee.
